WHAT PEOPLE SAY

"Even as a real ale devotee I went away from the course full of enthusiasm to create my own cider." Steve W. Milton Keynes

"...great day and very informative, enjoyable and entertaining." Ken D, Stony Stratford

"This informal but professional and thoroughly enjoyable workshop was excellent. There was just the right mix of informative discussion and hands-on experience. Laurence, who led the workshop, clearly knows his topic and enthusiastically imparted his knowledge in a way that was interesting and fun. I would recommend this workshop to anyone who wishes to learn about cider making on a practical level and doesn't mind getting stuck-in!" Nicole W. Bucks
